The objective of this thesis is addressing a recurring problem in today’s world and discussing possible solutions for it. With the rapid increase of population and the constant need for easy-access and effecient health care systems, a solution that simplifies the process of booking medical consultation appointments is needed and highly valuable to organize and manage the relationship between patients and medical service providers. The subject of the work is the design and development of a consultation appointment booking web application for medical services that implements a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
