dc.description.abstractKülönböző eredetű kukoricagenotípusok komplex nemesítési értékelését végeztük el 2004 és 2007 között. A vizsgálatokat a Debreceni Egyetem Mezőgazdaságtudományi Kar Kertészettudományi és Növényi Biotechnológiai Tanszék kísérleti területén és a DE ATC Műszerközpontjában folytattuk le. A Ph.D. disszertáció keretében négy gyors neutronnal kezelt beltenyésztett kukorica vonal (UDL1, 4, 5, 6) és ennek hibridjeit (UDH1-12) (egyenes és reciprok keresztezéseit) értékeltük komplex módon több tudományág együttes alkalmazásával. Between 2004 and 2007, maize genotypes of different origins were evaluated in a complex way in view of selection. Studies were conducted on the experimental area of the Department of Horticulture and Plant Biotechnology and in the Equipment Centre (Centre of Agricultural Sciences, University of Debrecen). During my Ph.D. work, four fast neutron irradiated inbred maize lines (UDL1, 4, 5, 6) and their hybrids (UDH1-12) (direct and reciprocal crosses) were evaluated with the common use of several disciplines. One of the aims was to determine performances of lines and their hybrids and genetic similarities/distances between them. General and specific combining abilities in regard of productivity were calculated by Griffing’s model 1, method 1.en
