Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető Application of LC Principles to Optimise BIM Clash Coordination Process in Digital ConstructionTurkyeh, Ward Jamal Mohammad; Buri, Zsolt; Friedrich, Christian; DE--Műszaki KarThis research aims to enhance the Building Information Modelling (BIM) Clash Coordination process by addressing inefficiencies using Lean Construction (LC) principles, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and the Plan-Do-Check-Adjust (PDCA) cycle. It delves into broader project management aspects, stressing the role of technology and tools like Verifi3D to boost efficiency. The study proposes a future-state model to reduce non-value-added time via automation and software integration, focusing on strategic aspects of clash coordination. Emphasizing Data Validation, it recommends integrating this as a standard clash coordination procedure for better accuracy. Additionally, it suggests an optimized reporting system within BIM tools and a restructured approach to Clash Review Meetings using digital tools like Augmented Reality. The research concludes by highlighting the need for continual training and adaptation in BIM Clash Coordination to maintain industry relevance and enhance construction project quality.
