Absztrakt
This thesis presents a practical digital solution for improving logistics communication within BMW Group - Plant Debrecen Physical Logistics. It develops a centralized shift report and ticketing system that replaces informal phone and Microsoft Teams communication with a more structured and traceable workflow. The system supports real-time task management through urgency-based ticket routing, role-based access, and KPI dashboard integration using Oracle APEX and Amazon Quick Suite. By making ticket status and resolutions visible across the process, the system also strengthens transparency for production staff, shift leaders, and managers . The results show strong operational impact, with 89 users, 5,119 processed tickets, and a 96.5% same-day resolution rate. Overall, the thesis demonstrates how real-time digital coordination system can reduce delays, improve accountability, and streamline logistics operations.
