dc.description.abstractThis thesis explores the integration of artificial intelligence within modern operating systems, focusing on both theoretical foundations and a practical implementation. The thesis opens with a theoretical review that traces the evolution of operating systems and AI, providing a foundation for understanding terminology and current advancements. The methodology then details the approach for developing a custom Linux distribution enhanced with AI capabilities, while examining the technical process and AI models used. The thesis details the deployment of the developed model and comprehensive testing of that model. Real-world examples and case studies highlighting the potential benefits and challenges of AI-integrated OS architectures. Concluding with future trends, the thesis discusses how AI could reshape operating system design in years to come.
