This project is a custom-built sports analysis platform designed to solve the real, everyday problems that cricket coaches and scouts actually face. It gives admins a powerful web dashboard (built with React) for managing teams, players, and match statistics. At the same time, it gives fans and players a handy mobile app (built with Flutter) to instantly look up stats and schedules on the go. The system uses a flexible mix of tech, with MySQL for hard-and-fast stats and MongoDB for messy scouting notes. This isn't just another tool; it's a foundation that can grow with us, turning mountains of raw data into smart, winning strategies.
