My thesis was about the comparison of Methylation and Silylation for fatty acid characterization. The aim of my experiment is to investigate the composition of oil samples with two different derivatization methods (Methylation and Silylation) and compare the application of the two derivatization methods, as well as to determine the fatty acid distribution in pure oil, palm oil, one times used oil and more times used oil.hu_HU
