This body of work illustrates extensively, how queues are formed and why. Probability is a vital concept to understand when dealing with waiting lines. Simulation is a major tool used in depicting real life queueing scenarios. Models are built using simulation softwares like Microsoft Excel and Simio simulator. Results, which help us improve our queueing systems, are generated and analyzed based on the queueing models.hu_HU
