This thesis is related to the process optimization of a particular machine named TTC 10 CNC (Computerized Numeric Control) Turning Machine which was connected with S4CPLUS M2000 IRB 6600 Robot. It includes the lean management principles, methodologies and information regarding waste and the ways to reduce that waste for getting optimum efficiency and output from the machine.
