This study investigates the impact of strategic management on enhancing institutional performance in the Youth and Sports Office, a governmental entity in Taiz, Yemen. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, the researcher aimed to fulfill the study's objectives and test its hypotheses. Data collection involved distributing a questionnaire to 77 employees of the Youth and Sports Office in Taiz. Statistical methods, including IBM SPSS V.24 and SMART.PLS, were utilized to analyze the data. The study found that strategic management significantly influence institutional performance both collectively and individually.
