This work successfully integrated CAD modelling, simulation, and FEM analysis to optimize the design and manufacturing of spiral bevel gears, providing a practical framework for industrial applications. The results demonstrated the viability of using five-axis CNC machines as an alternative to specialized gear generators, particularly for prototyping and low-volume production.
