dc.description.abstractCloud computing offers flexibility in data sharing but introduces security risks that traditional encryption methods may not fully address. Attribute-Based Encryption (ABE) provides a solution with fine-grained access control based on user attributes. This thesis explores the challenges of secure data sharing in the cloud and analyzes the limitations of existing encryption techniques. It also addresses gaps in the current literature on ABE, aiming to improve ABE approaches. The goal is to offer practical insights for organizations seeking to strengthen the security of their cloud-based data.
