This thesis examines the uses and benefits of ERP systems with a focus on SAP, specifically in the area of warehouse management, using a guided learning approach. For this purpose, we will use SAP Fiori Launchpad, a specialized platform designed to increase the efficiency and productivity of its users in their business. This is accomplished by ensuring expedient access to essential applications and resources. SAP Fiori Launchpad is a comprehensive solution that effectively integrates multiple UI technologies, third-party web applications, and provides an accessible and customized experience through its role-based design and leveraging of SAP UI5 technology. With Launchpad, users are allowed to access data stored by Global Bike Company within the system. Those granted this access can gain important insights into organizational procedures, system operation, and decision-making protocols, essentially improving experience and increasing efficiency. This case study focuses on optimizing warehouse management processes through the implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management, where the integration of product movement with quality control leads to optimal alignment between procurement and warehouse management, thereby achieving overall supply chain efficiency. This case study focuses on optimizing warehouse management processes through the implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management, where the integration of product movement with quality control leads to optimal alignment between procurement and warehouse management, thereby achieving overall supply chain efficiency. Integrating ERP systems like SAP into work execution and operational processes increases productivity. This integration synchronizes processes between procurement and warehousing to achieve the highest level of overall efficiency.
