Study of the effects of stress factors on Schizosaccharomyces Japonicus mutant strain
Absztrakt
The research reveals the position of gene deletion in Schizosaccharomyces Japonicus strains, and identifies the mutant phenotype caused by the deletion. Five different stress factors were used for this investigation, including physical and chemical factors. From this, the sensitivity and tolerance of wild-type and mutant strains have been inferred. The gene deletion affects the ability of Schizosaccharomyces Japonicus to survive stress. Although further experiments are required, all these data can contribute to a better understanding of the function of gene deletion.
