The thermo-response of a block polymer composed of the homopolymers NAM (N-acryloylmorpholine) and NIPA (N-isopropylacrylamide) synthesized by the RAFT polymerization method was studied. To characterize the samples, we used the MALDI-TOD which allowed us to identify the average molecular weight, the average molecular number and the polydispersity of the block polymers. To identify the thermo-response of the polymers we used dynamic light scattering DLS in which the polymers were subjected to a temperature sweep between 20 to 60 degrees Celsius. The influence of polymer composition, chain length and molecular weight on the self-assembly process was identified. It was concluded that depending on the NIPA content it can vary the aggregation temperature.
