Food Ordering Application

Abstract

This thesis presents Hungarian Bites, a web application for online restaurant ordering. It was developed using Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Google OAuth, and Stripe. The system lets users browse menu items, manage a cart, and complete secure online payments. It also includes admin features for managing products and updating order statuses. The thesis discusses the system architecture, database design, and key implementation decisions. Testing showed that the application worked reliably and met its main objectives.
