Synthesis and fluorescence characterization of 1,10-phenothroline -mono-N-Oxide

Abstract

First we synthesized 1-10-phenothroline mono-N-oxide by reacting it with oxone in the presence of 2M sulphuric acid.Then we checked it’s purity by NMR and titration techniques.
