Thesis work is about developing Real Estate Desktop Application. Applicaiton is designed according to architecture MVC. Application is written in Java. And build tool is Maven. As a Database is chosen PostgreSql with Hibernate to connect with it. In application, the user can register, create a listing for sale or for rent, search property for rent or to buy, see all listings that are created by user.
