Strengthening Student Voice: A Web-Based Student Feedback Management System for Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

This thesis presents the development of a web-based student feedback system for higher education institutions. The system allows students to evaluate courses, while professors and administrators can access feedback and manage course information. The application was implemented using web technologies and a relational database. The results show that the system effectively supports structured feedback collection and basic analytics. Overall, the project demonstrates the potential of web-based platforms to improve course evaluation processes in universities.
