This thesis aims to describe the whole process of web application development, from motivation to actual implementation, while the practical output of the thesis will be a functional web application that can be used for mass communication in any area which requires it. The web application is about part-time jobs. The basic principle of the application revolves around communication between the part-timer and hirer in a particular city or area. Any individual who requires a temporary worker to perform a certain task can hire one of the part-timers who can perform that task.
