| dc.description.abstract | This study conducted bacteriophage propagation of three different strains for eight generations on a stable Stenotrophomonas maltophilia host. Infectivity of the bacteriophage was evaluated. Subsequent upscaling, filtration and DNA extraction was carried out. The DNA extraction was evaluated and the protocol was optimized through multiple purification. Finally, a whole genome sequencing was attempted on Oxford Nanopore MinION platform. | |
