This thesis explores the role of intellectual property (IP) protection in supporting technological innovation, with CATL as the main case study. It combines legal analysis, industry comparison, and survey data to evaluate how IP strategies impact competitiveness. The findings show that strong IP systems enhance innovation and market strength. The study offers practical recommendations for both policymakers and enterprises.
