This thesis presents OnTrack, a web-based employee attendance management system designed to address the operational inefficiencies caused by manual, paper-based tracking, especially in Cape Verde. Developed as a full-stack solution using Spring Boot, MySQL, and Next.js. OnTrack offers secure, role-based dashboards and digital record keeping for both administrators and employees. The application architecture follows best practices like layered design, RESTful APIs, and JWT authentication, making it robust and scalable for organizations of any size. OnTrack streamlines payroll management and reporting, integrates advanced UI/UX paradigms.The thesis further details technical choices, implementation strategies, and the comprehensive functionality of the system, including deployment and testing approaches. OnTrack contributes effectively toward the digital transformation of workforce management in Cape Verde, improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and organizational transparency
