This thesis investigates the harmonization of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) supply chains by developing a Hybrid model, using Bürkle Hungary as a case study. The study focuses on optimizing lead time, total cost, customization, and inventory turnover in producing the LAMVS 500 machine. Internal company data was used to map processes and calculate performance indicators for ETO, CTO, and Hybrid models. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to prioritize KPIs and evaluate each model's effectiveness. Results show that the Hybrid model offers the best balance, combining the flexibility of ETO with the efficiency of CTO. Ultimately, the Hybrid approach supports a lean, responsive, and harmonized global supply chain.
