This is a thesis on describing and analyzing the difficulties encountered by the CATL in building a battery factory in Hungary, the solutions and the subsequent development, as well as the comparison with the CATL factory in Germany. This article takes CATL as an example to emphasize the importance of enterprise information management in modern enterprise operations. It is pointed out that information management plays an important role in improving enterprise production efficiency, optimizing resource utilization, and promoting innovative development. Moreover, the effective use of data monitoring and analysis of the Internet of Things can enable companies to respond quickly when encountering problems, adjust and change original plans in a timely manner, and reduce corporate losses. Taking the knowledge transfer between CATL's Hungarian and German factories as an example, information sharing and technology exchange can greatly promote the development of enterprises, improve their competitiveness and ability to adapt to changes.
