Absztrakt
This thesis explores how Green Leadership (GL), Green Employee Behavior (GEB), and Green Technology (GT) influence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) outcomes across economic, environmental, and social dimensions. While prior studies examined these elements separately, this research investigates their combined impact through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, using a quantitative survey administered to 102 professionals. Results show that GEB and GT have significant positive effects on CSR outcomes, while GL has a positive but statistically insignificant impact. This implies that green leadership by itself will not necessarily enhance CSR outcomes unless complemented by employees' commitment to pro-environmental behavior and eco-friendly technology. The proposed structural model accounts for 61% of the variance in CSR outcomes, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach. This thesis offers practical insights for companies aiming to improve their sustainability performance by integrating green innovation, employee engagement, and strategic leadership.
