This thesis examines the integration of hybrid working with Lean Management principles across various industries. Through detailed survey analysis, it evaluates the impact on productivity, job satisfaction, compensation, communication methods, and engagement with Lean initiatives. The results indicate notable benefits, such as stable compensation, increased productivity, and enhanced job satisfaction, while also identifying challenges in collaboration, communication, and engagement. The study underscores the importance of targeted education, better teamwork, eliminating non-value-adding activities, and leveraging advanced technologies to optimize hybrid working and Lean Management, thereby improving organizational efficiency and performance.
