This paper explores the manufacturing of a unique, patented type of axial ventilator designed by the University of Debrecen. The approach to solving the problem starts from measuring and transforming the physical model into a digital one. Followed by creating a manufacturing process and subsequent toolpaths. The machining time and cost are determined, and an optimized solution is investigated in those same two parameters. Finally, the original and optimized methods are compared to determine the best approach to manufacture the unique axial ventilator.
