This article first briefly introduces the relevant theories of lean management, safety management and lean safety management, and then briefly describes the application of lean safety management in electric power companies, coal mining companies, steel companies, construction engineering companies, etc. Finally, a brief analysis is made on the application of lean safety management by various nterprises, and it is concluded that the integrated application of lean management and safety management is an important trend in enterprise management.
