| dc.description.abstract | This thesis explores the feasibility of the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) devices with cloud computing. The main focus is using Amazon AWS services to enhance IoT applications in smart homes. The study demonstrates how cloud computing could facilitate real-time data management, scalability, and advanced analytics, by simulating IoT devices using Contiki-NG and establishing a communication bridge to AWS IoT Core. Key outcomes of this thesis include efficient data visualization using various AWS services, like AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon QuickSight, demonstrating high reliability and improved operational insights. | |
