dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, a Traffic signal controller is introduced. However, using IC Packages and Digital Electronics instead of Microcontrollers. The goal is to show how we can implement such a system, using cheap components that are available at universities laboratories. The logic and sequences of the system are explained in a simple and an easy way to follow. State and block diagrams are illustrated, along with truth tables of the states. A simulation using "Proteus" software is also shown, and the steps to building it.hu_HU
