Pancreatic stone protein is a common secretory protein in the human pancreatic juice and the main constituent of pancreatic stones found in patients with pancreatitis. However, little is known about its role in health and disease. Since the function of PSP is unknown, our aim was to study the structural determinants and solubility changes of PSP precursor processing by proteases using biochemical methods.hu_HU
