This Master's thesis investigates the interdependence of Mongolian macroeconomic variables, with a focus on GDP per capita across specific economic sectors, mineral export, and government expenditure. Key findings indicate that mining exports and sectoral GDP per capita significantly influence government expenditure. Additionally, the mining sector exhibits an absorptive effect on non-mining sector employment. These insights provide a detailed understanding of Mongolia's economic dynamics, offering valuable implications for targeted policy-making and strategic economic planning. This sector-specific analysis contributes to a clearer picture of the economic disparities and synergies within Mongolia, supporting informed decision-making for sustainable economic growth.
