dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to create a stable, porous polysaccharide-based foam for the innovative incorporation of pharmaceutical ingredients. A large focus is to understand how these foams work for introducing drug compounds for real-world applications. To achieve this, selecting suitable polysaccharides and excipients for foam formulation, applying ultrasonic batch foaming to generate stable, lightweight structures, characterizing the resulting foams in terms of density, porosity, mechanical stability, and water absorption, and evaluating their potential as drug carriers based on the physical parameters achieved will be undergone
