dc.description.abstractThe presented application, Socialize, operates as a complete web platform that strengthens educational collaboration between students. The popular learning platforms Moodle and Canvas provide insufficient space for casual peer dialogue that fosters deep learning between students. The current social platforms cannot deliver educational functions that meet student needs. Socialize bridges this educational need through its user-friendly social media platform that adds educational functionality. Socialize operates using technologies from the MERN stack that include React and Vite as frontend components alongside Node.js and Express.js for backend management and MongoDB together with Mongoose for storing information.
