| dc.description.abstract | The goal of my thesis was to synthesize different 1-C-substituted glycals and to study their transformations into 2-deoxy-2-iodo-1-C-substituted glycals, which are still unknown in the literature. I synthesised per-O-acetylated 1-C-substituted galactals in multi-step processes then I studied the transformation of (3,4,6-tri-O-acetyl-2-deoxi-1,2-dehydro-galactopyranozil)formamide to its 2-iodogalactal derivative by an one-step method using NIS/AgNO3 reagent system. It is expected that the compounds 4,5,7-tri-O-acetyl-2,6-anhydro-3-deoxy-D-lyxo-hept-2-enononitrile and methyl 4,5,7-tri-O-acetyl-2,6-anhydro-3-deoxy-D-lyxo-hept-2-enonate give the corresponding 1-C-substituted-2-iodogalactals by the same reaction. | hu_HU |
