This thesis shows the Environmental Impact Assessment ( EIA ) scoping report for a proposed limestone mining project in Yilo Krobo in Ghana. This thesis helps to identify the potential environmental and social impacts which includes land degradation and some community concerns. It also represents baseline environmental data , project alternatives and some mitigation measures. It also has a term of reference which should align with the rules and regulation of the environmental department of the country and also should help promote sustainability.
