dc.description.abstractBuilding and developing a VR escape room to treat Claustrophobia. The main objective of the thesis is exposing claustrophobic patients to their phobia triggers to help them gain insight into the irrational nature of their fear compared to the actual threat of the situation. The escape room features five rooms, each has a different theme. Every consecutive room is relatively smaller than the previous one, making it more challenging. The primary criteria and clinical guidelines of Exposure Therapy has been taken into consideration throughout the whole project.
