Die vorliegende Studie unternimmt den Versuch, die in den letzten Jahren auf dem Arbeitsmarkt Ungarns und der Europäischen Union relativ schnell an Bedeutung gewinnende sogenannte Plattformarbeit insbesondere aus arbeitsrechtlicher und in geringerem Maße aus sozialrechtlicher Perspektive zu analysieren. Der erste Teil der Analyse beleuchtet den Hintergrund der Expansion der Plattformökonomie und befasst sich mit deren begrifflichen Aspekten sowie den beteiligten Akteuren. Im zweiten Teil der Studie werden die durch dieses Phänomen aufgeworfenen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen sowohl aus nationaler als auch aus unionsrechtlicher Perspektive erörtert. Schließlich werden unter Berücksichtigung der nationalen und europäischen Rechtsprechung de lege ferenda Vorschläge zur Auflösung der auftretenden Diskrepanzen unterbreitet.

This study attempts to examine the challenges generated by the so-called platform work, which has gained significant traction in the labour markets of Hungary and the European Union in recent years, primarily from a labour law perspective and, to a lesser extent, from a social law viewpoint. The first part of the analysis explores the background of the platform economy's expansion, followed by a discussion of the conceptual aspects and key factors of the platform economy. In the second part, the study addresses the labour law issues arising from this phenomenon from both national and EU perspectives. Finally, in light of the analysis of domestic and European Union case law, it offers de lege ferenda proposals to help resolve the emerging dissonances.

Jelen tanulmány hazánk és az Európai Unió munkaerőpiacán az elmúlt pár évben viszonylag gyorsan teret hódító úgynevezett platform munkavégzés generálta kihívások elsősorban munkajogi, kisebb részben szociális jogi aspektusainak vizsgálatával foglalkozik. Az elemzés első része a platformgazdaság térhódításának hátterét ismerteti, majd a platformgazdaság fogalmi aspektusainak és szereplőinek bemutatásával foglalkozik. A tanulmány második felében nemzeti és uniós szemszögből tárgyalja a jelenség generálta munkajogi kérdéseket. Végül a hazai és az Európai Uniós joggyakorlat elemzéseinek tükrében a felmerülő disszonanciák feloldásának elősegítése érdekében tesz de lege ferenda javaslatokat.
