In this work, an attempt to develop a method to determine cadmium in chocolate samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (GFAAS) after microwave digestion was conducted. Preliminary experiments were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of various reagents. Then, a general full factorial design with multiple levels was used to select the most appropriate digestion conditions. Finally, a factorial design was used to develop a method to measure cadmium in chocolate samples by GFAAS after microwave digestion.hu_HU
