dc.description.abstract | This thesis investigates the measurement capability of an end-of-line (EoL) test machine developed by Sensirion Hungary Kft. for automotive sensor modules. Using AIAG Measurement System Analysis (MSA) methods, the research applied both Type I Gauge Studies (to assess repeatability and bias) and Type II Gauge Studies (to evaluate part-to-part variation) on key parameters such as relative humidity, temperature, and dew point. Data was analyzed using Minitab 17 software, revealing that reference sensor positioning, especially the use of Channel 24, significantly improved measurement performance. While dew point measurements consistently met acceptance thresholds, temperature and humidity measurements showed the need for further calibration. The findings provide practical recommendations for optimizing production test systems and improving measurement reliability. Overall, the thesis demonstrates that structured MSA techniques are essential for ensuring quality assurance and performance consistency in high-volume sensor manufacturing. | |
