| dc.description.abstract | This paper collects advanced tools and methods used worldwide for production transformation and enhancement. Through systematic research and analysis, as well as a review of various tools, we have integrated the actual conditions of Company A. Using engineering management approaches combined with the application of lean management, we have comprehensively improved the production line. Lean improvements are implemented on the production line through techniques such as line balancing, quick changeovers, and error prevention. This paper summarizes a series of management methods that have achieved significant results. The quality level has greatly improved, costs have been significantly reduced, and the company now possesses an efficient production line control system. | |
