dc.description.abstractThis thesis was written to solve a communication barrier that was created within the organization due to poor management skills. There was researched carried out to determine the root cause of this communication barrier and how to solve each and every barrier to ensure smooth communication. After determining a suitable solution it was implemented into the organization with careful monitoring to measure the success of the solution. The solution was also generalized in such a way that it can be applied to any organization working in any sector of the business.
