This work aimed to deeply analyze the application of Crew Resource Management. It intends to support the development of CRM via covering crew resource management as broadly and comprehensively as possible, including research, information, and reflections on all aspects of crew resource management; in doing so, it aims to examine this subject more comprehensively and in greater detail than it is currently addressed, as well as to provide resources for future studies.With the information, facts, research, analyses, and opinions in this work, it is intended to give a visionary aspect.This thesis analyzes the application of CRM in commercial aviation while exploring the role of it in enhancing aviation safety, assesses its background and its position in commercial aviation.
