This thesis explores the fundamental concepts of aircraft aerodynamics, focusing heavily on the trade-offs between stability and maneuverability. The core of the research lies in a comparative analysis between a traditional manned aircraft—the Cessna 172M—and a modern unmanned system, the Drone E99 quadcopter. The practical methodology utilizes the DroneBlocks simulator to model and evaluate flight paths. This is a well-structured, modern engineering thesis that successfully bridges classic aerodynamic theory with contemporary UAV cyber-physical systems.
