dc.description.abstract | This work studies a synthesis, characterization and application of gelatin-based aerogels. The aim was to create aerogels which are able to release ascorbic acid under given conditions. This tecnhique could be applied for targeted drug delivery. Physico-chemical properties of synthesized materials were studied by FT-IR, N2-porosimetry and SEM analysis. Ascorbic acid content was determined by spectrophotometric methods. | |
