dc.description.abstractThis thesis explores the impact of Virtual Reality (VR) on the real estate industry, focusing on its potential to enhance property marketing, visualization, and user engagement. It traces VR’s development from early technologies to modern applications that allow immersive property tours and customization options, like virtual staging and environment interaction. Through a VR project developed with Unity and Meta Quest, the thesis demonstrates the practical use of hand-tracking technology for an interactive experience. Key challenges in VR adoption, including high costs and technical limitations, are also discussed. The research ultimately highlights VR's transformative role and future implications for real estate.
