dc.description.abstract	This thesis tackles inefficiencies in managing multi-project environments for special vehicles at BMW's Debrecen Plant. Using Microsoft Project for the Web and Visio 2021 improved milestone tracking and process visualization. The study highlights the benefits of specialized tools for efficiency and strategic alignment, recommending automation and ongoing process refinement.
