Fragmentation of beta-resorcylic acid compounds using Tandem MS

Abstract

In this thesis work, we were able to fragment 6 molecules under positive and native mode. We used MSMS or MS2 or Tandem mass spectrometry technique to fragmentize the molecules under positive and negative ion mode.
