Determination of single nucleotide polymorphism in glioblastoma patients
Absztrakt
The aim of our research work is to get information about the activity of two single nucleotide polymorphisms (miRNA-146a and miRNA-196a2) in plasma samples of individuals with or without glioblastoma multiforme. we assumed correlation was supposed to give us the ability to earlier diagnose glioblastoma in an easier manner. The sampling can be conducted through a liquid biopsy.
